Kristine M. Gorman, Owner, Sr. Tax Accountant, Enrolled Agent, BA, MSA, Notary Public
After 25+ years working at Gorman Tax Service under the guidance and leadership of her father, Harry L. Gorman, who established Gorman Tax Service in 1975, it has come time for Kristine to take the helm.
Kristine is Enrolled to Practice before the Internal Revenue Service (EA-Enrolled Agent). She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Maine and her Master of Science in Business Administration from Springfield College with a Certificate in Accounting and Tax Preparation. Kristine is also a Notary Public and a member of the National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).
When not actively engaged in serving her tax clients, Kristine spends time golfing, running, traveling with her family, and maintaining an interest in softball, in which she was a Division 1 Hall of Fame Shortstop at the University of Maine.
Bonnie Caggianelli Sr. Tax Preparer, General Manager
Bonnie will be welcoming her 22nd year at Gorman Tax Service. In addition to her almost fifteen years of tax preparation experience Bonnie has also worked alongside the administrative assistant team. For tax season 2024 she will be taking on the role of General Manager.
Bonnie enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and three children and their family dog, Leo. In the off season she enjoys traveling, entertaining and spending time with her family.
Taryn Normandie, Sr. Tax Preparer, Enrolled Agent, BA
Taryn is an Enrolled Agent and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She has been with Gorman Tax Service since 2015. Taryn is also an active member of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP).
In her spare time, Taryn enjoys being a wife and mother of 2 beautiful daughters. In addition to traveling, reading, baking and relaxing.
Michael Boldrighini, Sr. Tax Accountant, MST
Michael has been with Gorman Tax Service since 2000. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and a Masters of Science in Taxation. Michael is also a Lieutenant on the Lowell Fire Department.
Jenifer Kuilan, Tax Preparer
Jen joined Gorman Tax Service in 2018 bringing with her more than ten years of experience in the accounting and financial industry. She currently specializes in the self-employed, small, and mid-size business bookkeeping and accounting. In the off-season Jen and her husband enjoy spending time with their four children and watching them play various sports.
Tammy Croteau, Tax Preparer
Tammy returned last year, making this year her 13th year with Gorman Tax. Tammy also works at a rental office and as a Personal Assistant for a private contractor. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her 3 children and 2 grandchildren and making memories with friends.
Marykay Gorman, Electronic Filing Manager
Marykay has worked for Gorman Tax Service on and off since 1994 as both a Tax Preparer and E-filing Manager. She is married to Harry Gorman, the previous owner of Gorman Tax Service and is the proud mother Owen Patrick Gorman. She is the co-owner, with Harry, of Owen & Ollie’s Restaurant & Pub located here in Dracut, MA. In the off season Marykay enjoys spending time at the beach and visiting her family in Ohio.
Jennifer Knier, Office Manager, Social Media Manager.
Jennifer has a wide range of assets she brings to the Gorman Tax Service team. She has restaurant experience of over 30 years, she owns her own artist business and has worked as a paralegal, office manager and executive assistant. Jennifer is a mother of 2 amazing children. With Jennifers versatile set of skills she is a great addition to our team.
Karen Prescott, Office Manager
Karen Prescott has been working at Gorman Tax Service for over 20 years. She is the mother of three boys and a stepson, she has 3 handsome grandsons and a beautiful granddaughter, with 2 new grandsons on the way in 2023. Karen resides in Hudson, NH where she is a stay at home “mom” taking care of 2 of her grandchildren.
Tera Foye, Office Manager
Tera is thrilled to be rejoining the Gorman Tax Service Team and Family after six years. Tera is a proud mother of three, Tyler, Jayson, and Belle, and recently welcomed her daughter-in-law, Hannah, to the family. A nearly lifelong resident of Pelham, New Hampshire, Tera is deeply committed to her community and actively volunteers her time with the Pelham Good Neighbor Fund. Tera’s personal and professional life is guided by her unwavering dedication to family and community. She is a compassionate and empathetic individual who genuinely enjoys helping others. Her ability to build strong relationships makes her an invaluable asset to the Gorman Tax Service Team.
